The next generation of SP series welding equipment, the SP 250-S V3 tool offers touchscreen control of the IR welding process. Fully automated clamps, planer and heater make welding large diameter spools manageable. The joining pressure is constantly monitored to ensure a perfect weld every time.
SP 250-S V3 is suitable for pipe components between OD 90mm (3″) and 250mm (10″). The weldable materials include PVDF, PP-R, PP-H, PP-Pure® Pigmented PP, PolyPure® PPn, ECTFE, Poly-Flo®, and PE 100-RC piping systems. Welding parameters for each material are defined and pre-programmed on the machine for simple functionality.
