High Purity Piping
Asahi/America is the complete one-source solution for your high purity and wet process needs. We feature Purad® (PVDF), PolyPure® (PPn) and PP-Pure® (pigmented PP) pipe, valves and fittings, Dymatrix™ specialty valves, and EM-Technik™ fittings and tubes. We also a full fleet of welding equipment and feature extensive cleanroom fabrication capabilities.
Industrial Piping
Asahi/America offers a full selection of industrial and environmental piping systems. We have five unique double containment systems including Pro-Lok® PVC and CPVC systems, Fluid-Lok® HDPE, Poly-Flo® PP and PE, Chem Prolok® PE system and the versatile Duo-Pro® line. In addition, we provide a wide array of industrial single wall piping systems including Air-Pro® for compressed air, Chem Proline® PE, Ultra Proline® ECTFE, Proline® PP, and Super Proline® chemical grade PVDF.
Double Containment Piping
Asahi/America has been providing double containment piping systems to meet EPA standards for over 25 years. As the innovator and patent holder of many double containment specialty devices, Asahi/America is best equipped to help engineers and designers fabricate and install double containment piping systems.
AV Gaskets and Backing Rings
Asahi valve gaskets offer a unique double convex ring design that gives optimum sealing with only 1/3 the torque commonly required with flat faced gaskets. Asahi/America offers EPDM gaskets from 1/2″ to 12″; PTFE-bonded EPDM gaskets in sizes from 1/2″ to 12″; and PVDF-bonded EPDM gaskets from 1/2″ to 10″.
Welding Equipment
Asahi/America offers a wide range of fusion welding tools including butt, socket, IR, beadless, electrofusion and hot air equipment. With our fusion welding equipment, we include necessary accessories including a data logging device, scraping, and beveling tools in a variety of sizes. Please consult us for the best recommendation.
