The next generation of welding technology, the SP 110-B controls all equipment movements and parameters during each phase of the welding process (heating, joining and cooling). This full automation eliminates operator influence during the fusion process and provides unmatched repeatability.

The large size range of the tool allows users to work without the need for multiple tools on a project. The completely automated fusion process provides unmatched welding reliability, ease-of-use and short weld times. An automated planing depth feature enhances fabrication capabilities. The magnetic clamp inserts allows for quick pipe size change over.

An internal validation program provides several QA sources including multiple label printout, copy label printout, stored electronic data and a PC download program.
