Asahi/America works with a variety of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers that typically integrate Asahi/America’s pre-fabricated components into their own products or systems. By pre-fabricating components, OEM customers can take advantage of full skid design and assembly options that streamline setup and reduce on-site labor and associated costs. OEMs can work closely with Asahi/America to design and fabricate components that meet their specific requirements, including custom fittings, configurations, and materials.
- Fully skidded and assembled systems with materials such as HPDE, PPn, and PP
- Spool design including custom machined fittings
- Ability to incorporate customer-supplied parts/equipment in full assembly
- CAD design review and collaboration
- Hydrostatic or pneumatic testing procedures available
- Quality controlled components tested to the customer’s specifications
Manifolds & Headers
Asahi/America’s custom manifold headers are engineered to meet the specific requirements of various industries, including chemical processing, water treatment, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and more.
- Custom manifold and header options with different tool options: automated manifold machine and manual McElroy SideWinder®; up to 16” iron pipe size (IPS)
- Custom saddle weld outlets
- Concentric & eccentric welds
- Stainless steel adapters available
- Branches with Victaulic® grooves, threaded end connectors, spigot ends, and other options
- Side wall accessories, such as Asahi/America ball valve options
