Asahi/America works with a variety of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers that typically integrate Asahi/America’s pre-fabricated components into their own products or systems. By pre-fabricating components, OEM customers can take advantage of full skid design and assembly options that streamline setup and reduce on-site labor and associated costs. OEMs can work closely with Asahi/America to design and fabricate components that meet their specific requirements, including custom fittings, configurations, and materials.

  • Fully skidded and assembled systems with materials such as HPDE, PPn, and PP
  • Spool design including custom machined fittings
  • Ability to incorporate customer-supplied parts/equipment in full assembly

  • Custom manifold and header options with different tool options: automated manifold machine and manual McElroy SideWinder®; up to 16” iron pipe size (IPS)
  • Custom saddle weld outlets
