The Asahi/America, Inc. logo, wordmark, and symbol are important expressions of our brand identity. They have each been carefully designed and constructed to achieve visual harmony, should never be altered, modified, or redrawn. Because these elements are such recognizable and highly visible brand assets, it is vital that that they are always applied consistently.

These images are the exclusive property of Asahi/America. Certain rules apply for editorial and commercial usage:

This picture is free of charge and available for use in publication of daily press, trade press, and other periodical publications. For all other usage (e.g. for marketing purpose and commercial use), the following rules apply:

• The photos must NOT be manipulated in any way.
• The pictures must not present Asahi/America in a negative or derogatory connotation.

The following trademarks are legally owned and registered with the United States Patent and Trademark office by Asahi/America, Inc. In any communication, the trademarked product should be identified with trademark marking or notice symbol.

In any published document, the reference of a specific product on each page should include trademarking or a notice symbol written EXACTLY as shown above.

Asahi/America copyrighted works include print advertisements, brochures, catalogs, reference materials, technical documents, presentations, photography, and other similar creative works. Always include a copyright notice whenever possible. A copyright notice includes the symbol “©” followed by the year and “Asahi/America, Inc.” In advertisements, catalogs and other marketing materials, always use a legal line that references ownership of the trademarks by Asahi/America
