Asahi/America will be running on a skeleton crew on Monday, October 14 in honor of Indigenous Peoples' Day. Emergency orders will ship and customer service will be available to answer calls. We will resume full operations on Tuesday, October 15.
New Field Service Request Form Available
Asahi/America has a new online form to request technical field service. The form can be used to request welding tool training, welding tool repair, single wall and double contained piping weld training, actuation issues, and leak detection startup.
Use this link from your computer or mobile device. It can be found on our website, under "Service Center", then click "Field Technician Request".
The requested date should be at least two weeks before scheduled need. It is important to get the site/ user contact for all tool repair requests.
The Asahi/America serial number is a required field that should be filled out with accurate tool info. If request is not for tool repair, simply type in N/A.

Asahi/America was recently recognized by the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Massachusetts State Senate and by the US House of Representatives for the company's contribution to the city of Lawrence.

Asahi/America Announces Move to New Corporate Headquarters Location in Lawrence, MA - set to open in October 2014

Asahi/America Inc., a leading manufacturer of corrosion resistant thermoplastic fluid flow solutions, will move its corporate headquarters to Lawrence, MA in October 2014. The 200,000 square foot facility will house all of Asahi/America’s current operations and provide room for the company’s aggressive development plans.
"I am pleased that we have been able to secure a state of the art facility in Lawrence for our new headquarters,” said Dan Anderson, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “This facility will be the perfect venue to showcase our products and grow our business.”
Asahi/America’s new headquarters will not only include office space and an expansive manufacturing and warehouse floor, but will allow the 43-year-old company to host meetings, provide training seminars and better serve customers.
As Asahi/America moves forward with its plans to move from Malden to Lawrence, MA there are no anticipated interruptions in business or to services.
