Dymatrix® Pinch Valve – Pneumatic (AVPV3)
The Dymatrix® pinch valve’s design provides superior durability and eliminates cohesion and particle generation in CMP slurry applications. The proprietary tube design provides complete seal and full shape restoration. The Dymatrix® philosophy is CMP valves shouldn’t be consumables.
Dymatrix® pinch valves are available in pneumatic (PV3) and manual (PVM) versions. The PVSL is a pneumatically actuated pinch valve with manual orifice adjustment.
