Our family of thermoplastic valves and piping systems provide the precise flow control and the highest degree of purity that semiconductor and wet process applications such as DI water and wafer manufacturing require. We are able to provide off-the-shelf solutions as well as customized configurations to meet the unique challenges that these applications requires.
The purity of today’s ultrapure water treatment systems are being measured in PPT’s. Asahi/America’s Purad® UHP PVDF piping system is manufactured in stringent conditions from clean resin to meet these needs. Our PP-Pure® system offer a cost savings for UPW return lines. We offer a wide range of zero deadleg diaphragm valves and pressure regulators to support tool hookup needs.
Product Solutions:
Our Dymatrix® series of PFA/PTFE valves provide complete corrosion resistance and purity for handling aggressive chemicals. Our MPV manifold valves eliminate fittings and provide a compact installation package. The Dymatrix® pinch valves and Falconics™ flow controller provide exceptional durability and reduced impact on challenging CMP slurry applications. All Dymatrix® valves are designed and tested for millions of cycles to keep your plant up and running.
Product Solutions:
We offer a variety of single and double-wall piping systems to handle the aggressive acid found in waste lines. Our Duo-Pro® engineered double-wall system offers maximum versatility to meet the unique requirements of each application. The carrier and containment pipe may be of different materials and pressure ratings allowing the designer the opportunity to specify pipe material and rating based on media and pressure changes throughout the system.
Product Solutions:
Our PP and PVDF vent systems are ideal for the aggressive fumes for semiconductor process equipment. They are lightweight, easy to install and able field changes. These characteristics make plastic vent systems ideal over traditional steel-lined ducts. Our Pro-Vent® vent system is FM4910 tested.
